Amy Longard is a professionally trained natural foods chef. She studied at
the Natural Gourmet Institute (NGI) in New York City. Upon completing NGI’s
Chef’s Training Program, she interned at Eataly, a Mario Batali restaurant
in NYC, and worked at Café My House, a vegan/vegetarian restaurant in
Ottawa. Amy currently works at Market Organics, a natural food store in
Ottawa, and is completing her studies in Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian
School of Natural Nutrition.
