Welcome to Bloom, a tranquil wellness sanctuary situated on the shores of Loughborough Lake in South Frontenac, Ontario. Spanning over 600 acres of breathtaking boreal forest, this picturesque retreat offers a peaceful haven for relaxation and renewal. Enjoy nature’s wonders with lakeside views, forest bathing, birdwatching, and invigorating hikes through 25 kilometers of scenic trails. Every detail at Bloom is designed to provide a holistic experience from the moment you arrive on its secluded, winding road.

Indulge in comfort and serenity at Bloom, an exceptional yoga, meditation, and wellness center set within 681 acres of biodiverse forest. Designed by acclaimed architect Siamak Hariri, this extraordinary venue seamlessly blends modern elegance with a deep connection to the natural landscape. Savor farm-to-table cuisine at the communal table, warm yourself by the firepit, or delight in the flavors of outdoor pizza straight from the oven. At Bloom, nature’s beauty and curated luxury come together to create a truly unforgettable experience.

Located just 20 minutes north of Kingston, Bloom overlooks the tranquil waters of Loughborough Lake. The retreat center, newly designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, offers expansive lake views from every room on the main floor, including the yoga studio, living area, and dining room. With miles of lakefront and acres of forest dotted with hiking trails and lookout points, the property offers endless opportunities for connection with nature.

Your retreat begins at 4 pm on Friday with an opening yoga session, followed by a delicious farm-to-table vegetarian dinner and a relaxing evening in the cozy living room. Saturday starts with breakfast and a nature walk, followed by an invigorating yoga class in the lakeside studio, and a leisurely lunch. The afternoon is yours to explore the trails, book a sauna session, or indulge in a massage, then unwind by the fire with a good book. Our evening yoga practice will be gentle and calming, leading into another nourishing meal and a night of relaxation. Sunday begins similarly, and although checkout is at noon, you are welcome to linger on the property and continue soaking in its beauty for the afternoon.

 

RATES From $679 – $1359 CAD includes 2 nights accommodation, use of the property’s amenities (gorgeous Sauna) hiking trails, all meals, and yoga. Subject to 13% HST

Join Andrea Robertson (Trainer, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Breathwork & Wellness Professional)  for a 3-day Restful Retreat for, designed to help people find calm amidst the chaos, relaxation without distractions, and inner joy that you can bring back into your daily life.

Andrea is a dedicated yoga instructor whose passion for the practice began over two decades ago as a way to balance her athletic pursuits. Inspired by various yoga styles—Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, and Power—Andrea’s classes blend strength, mobility, and fluidity, creating a balanced experience that connects the mind, body, and spirit. She loves teaching yoga because it allows her to guide students toward personal growth, mindfulness, and physical well-being. Andrea finds great joy in leading and creating Yoga + Adventure retreats worldwide, as they offer unique opportunities for deeper connection, exploration, and transformation in breathtaking settings. Through her teaching, Andrea aims to inspire others to live fully and embrace the transformative power of yoga. Andrea has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and has been a full time yoga teacher for 20 years.

Bloom holistic retreat for moms
A non refundable $350 deposit is due to confirm registration. Full payment is due by November 1st 

Arrive on Friday December 6th 3 pm. You can be on the road as early as noon on Sunday December 8th, but you are welcome to stay and linger on the property to squeeze a little extra time out of your weekend. Your retreat includes accommodation, yoga classes, Saturday 2 hour sauna session with polar dip experience, meals, starting with dinner on your first night and ending with brunch on your final morning.

 PACKING LIST

  • comfortable practice clothing
  • yoga mat, if you prefer your own. Studio is stocked with mats, meditation shawl, eye pillow, and any other items.
  • water bottle (glass bottles and open vessels are not permitted in the studio)
  • seasonal clothing for outdoor activities
  • bathing suit (note: sauna towels are supplied) + booties for the optional cold lake dip between sauna sessions
  • walking/hiking shoes
  • toiletries (ensuite bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner).
  • ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones (if you are a light sleeper)
  • house slippers (Bloom is a shoe-free venue) t
  • journal and pen
  • a good book or three *note there are lots of books and puzzles
  • other hobbies (knitting, painting, drawing, colouring, etc)
  • minimal technology (Wifi is available but we highly recommend leaving your work at home)

*I recommend packing light and leaving valuables at home or stowed in the glove box of your car.
