Yoga for Runner’s Specialty Class
Join Andrea Robertson for a specialty class geared for Runner’s. This class is set up like a 5 week workshop for $95 or you can do a drop-in Sunday for $17. The class is a Hatha based class with restorative and Yin postures to help recovery tight overworked muscles from continuous running and training. You do not have to be a runner to attend. Everyone welcomed!

Parliament Hill Yoga
Join Lululemon alumni ambassador Andrea Robertson from Body and Balance for an invigorating practiced balanced with restoring postures. We will begin our practice with a restorative posture to ground and settle, then spend time moving through a heated flowing practice linked with breath to heat and loosen the outer layers of the body.The final portion of the class will offer a few Yin poses (deep stretching which targets the tissues and fascia of the body) held between 2-5 minutes and then finish with a purely restorative and supported ending to leave you feeling blissful for the day. This class will provide will provide the opportunity for students to bring back balance to their bodies.
