Join Andrea Robertson, founder of Body and Balance for this full body workout. Wake up your muscles and get both your blood and body moving! Andrea leads a full body challenged class focusing on building overall strength and endurance. Weights, resistance band, blocks, use of own body weight, and some deep stretches are all added in this 60 minute class.
