Core Yoga

Andrea will be back teaching her popular Saturday morning core class for all levels. This calss will help students develop core strength in a flow class that emphasizes engaging and moving from the core muscles (not just the abs, but all the stabilizing muscles that support your body). The body’s core is the central support system that is constantly working to stabilize the spine and protect the internal organs. Some intentional abdominal work will be sprinkled through this all levels Hatha Flow class, with modifications for beginners and options to deepen for more advanced levels. Hatha for Hips, Back and Shoulders

Iron Core Yoga

Wake up your muscles and get both your blood and body moving! Andrea teaches a full body challenging class focusing on building overall strength and endurance. Weights, resistance bands, blocks, use of your own body weight, and some deep stretches are all included in this 60 minutes class. Instructor: Andrea Robertson. Yoga for Athletes

Join Andrea in this all-levels yoga class where she takes you through a series of highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are key to the demands of an athlete, no matter what sport you are involved in. This class may be what you’re missing in your training regime! You do not have to be an athlete to greatly benefit from this class. If you would like more flexibility and access to your core and lower body, consider adding this class to your schedule. Instructor: Andrea Robertson.
