Raw Vegan Snickers Bar:
Base
– ½ cup almonds
– ½ cup walnuts
– ½ cup oats (blended into flour)
– 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
– 1 tbsp honey
Mix everything together in a food processor and place in a baking tray. Place the tray in the freezer while yo make the middle layer.
Middle layer
– 12 pitted dates
– 3/4 cup peanuts
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– 2 tbsp almond butter
– 2 tbsp almond milk
1. Mix everything together in a food processor expect the peanuts.
2. Mix it for a few minutes for a creamy consistence. After pour in the peanuts gently.
3. Take out the base from the freezer and add the middle layer and put it back in the freezer while you make the chocolate topping.
Chocolate Topping
– 2 tbsp honey
– 3 tbsp cacao powder
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
1. Melt the coconut oil and add the remaing ingredients.
2. Take the cake out of the freezer and add the topping and top it with nuts.
Let the cake stay in the freezer for 30 min to take form and after store in fridge.
