Our retreat with be active and adventurous with lots of downtime spa hours built in. We will begin most day with yoga followed by a large breakfast a hike from the hotel, lunch followed by down time and optional more outdoor adventuring (biking or another hike) spa afternoons, evening yoga and dinner. We will try out different restaurants for dinner each evening.
