I’ve been doing Andrea’s Hardcore Bootcamp for 2 years now. Since then I’ve seen a reduction in body fat and an increase in muscle tone. I credit the bootcamp with increasing my running endurance and helping me to achieve half-marathon results I doubt I would have otherwise. Most importantly though, Andrea is a fantastic motivator who knows how to push you hard, all while having lots of fun and blasting the day’s stress away! I highly recommend Andrea’s Hardcore Bootcamp to anyone looking to increase their overall fitness and have fun at the same time.
