Andrea is a dedicated yoga instructor whose passion for the practice began over two decades ago as a way to balance her athletic pursuits. Inspired by various yoga styles—Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, and Power—Andrea’s classes blend strength, mobility, and fluidity, creating a balanced experience that connects the mind, body, and spirit. She loves teaching yoga because it allows her to guide students toward personal growth, mindfulness, and physical well-being. Andrea finds great joy in leading and creating Yoga + Adventure retreats worldwide, as they offer unique opportunities for deeper connection, exploration, and transformation in breathtaking settings. Through her teaching, Andrea aims to inspire others to live fully and embrace the transformative power of yoga. Andrea has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and has been a full time Yoga teacher for 23 years.
