Thank you Andrea for an amazing retreat at the Farm of LIfe in Costa Rica. You have shared your passion and your excitement about this special place with all of us and I am truly grateful. Your positive energy, your heart and your humanity were at the centre of each of the yoga sessions and hikes you organised during the week. But most importantly, you have created a safe space where I have been able to connect with nature, with my heart and my soul and with the wonderful women and man:) attending the retreat.
