Join me in the comfort of your own home for daily yoga classes. I will be leading LIVE classes including Power, Yoga for Athletes, Flow, Yin, Mobility, Roll & Release, Sculpt, Hip Flow, Core and more! You can purchase a drop in class or a monthly membership to have access to all classes (schedule will be made weekly with a variety of class options). All classes will be recorded and available for 7 day playback.

How it works…

You will receive an e-mail with a link to connect you with the LIVE online class with me and a whole community of at-home practitioners! Expect to receive links to classes the evening before or if you pay a drop in-I’ll send you link to preferred class.

This link launches in the Zoom App — if this is your first time, you’ll be directed to download the App either on your phone or laptop.

You can choose to be seen on your webcam, or turn it off. By default, your microphone will be muted — this ensures smooth sound quality for all participants.

Plus it’s known as a holistic approach to managing anxiety and depression.
